Reviews and Ratings
My family and I arrived at 2 pm, and unfortunately, the room was not ready; however, once settled in, we found the rooms to be comfortable and quiet with a great view of the city. Although it was prepped for only one person, the large Smart TVs and desk area were convenient. The hotel was a decent option for beginning the day with its nice and enjoyable stay. The service was excellent throughout, with staff being polite and very friendly. The location was great, being near the Music and Culture Centre, City Hall, and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. However, it was disappointing that a refund was denied for a mistaken no-show, despite the closeness to the amazing ArOS Art Museum and concert hall. The dining experience offered reasonably good food but lacked variety and was a bit lousy with overly salty bacon and runny scrambled eggs.
Upon arrival with my family at 2 pm, the room wasn't ready; the rooms seemed tired with lots of small damages, filthy carpets, and an old-fashioned bathroom with a bathtub, lacking a separate shower. On the bright side, the direct view across to the art museum was very pleasant.
The hotel offers spacious rooms equipped with modern facilities, but my room wasn't ready upon arrival at 2 pm. The service was friendly and helpful, though the hotel does not offer smokers' rooms. The location is ideal next to the museum and within walking distance of the city center. The dining experience had limited variety, but the hotel in a convenient location and clean.
The hotel is located in a quiet area yet close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with children who enjoy bunk beds. The dining options are good, but prices can be a bit high. The staff is attentive and helpful with various services, although there were mixed experiences with assistance related to local attractions.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although the proximity to the service lift was a bit noisy at times. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met promptly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and quiet surroundings, but some noise from the tills and wood panels was noticeable. The dining experience offered a good selection of dishes, though slightly pricey. The facilities were functional, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and met my expectations for a 4-star hotel. However, there were cleanliness issues under the bed that persisted throughout my stay. The service was excellent, especially when it came to organizing a taxi and handling our belongings. The location near the Aros Museum and the train station was convenient, but the bathroom toiletries were lacking. The dining experience, although tasty, didn't quite match up to higher-tier hotels. The facilities were decent, but the price could have been more reflective of the service provided.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy, but there was rubbish under the bed that stayed there throughout my stay. The service, especially from one guy at the reception, was very friendly but the constant rechecking of my name and booking details was a bit excessive. The location was fantastic with easy access to both the museum and the city center, making it ideal for exploring. The dining experience offered a very standard breakfast, which was good but could get busy early in the morning. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers well-equipped rooms suitable for business trips or families, but noise from the service lift can disrupt sleep. The service is friendly overall, but there were issues with refund policy. The location is convenient for exploring Aarhus, with easy access to attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although there was a lingering smell presumably from a previous guest smoking in the room. The service was friendly but sometimes lacking in attentiveness. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and the renowned ARoS museum. The dining options were decent but could use more variety. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, with ample parking and close to the city center, but the room cleanliness was subpar, likely due to the previous guest's neglect. The service was exceptional during check-in but lacked friendliness at the bar. The dining options were decent but fell short compared to similar hotels. The facilities were adequate, but overall, the rooms could use a much-needed update.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the city center, but the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped balance out some of the shortcomings. The dining options were reasonable but lacked variety. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers standard rooms that are big enough for a young family of 4, with the highlight being the kids' love for the bunk beds. However, the room decor doesn't quite match the upscale feel of the hotel's bar and lobby. The service was exceptional, especially in assisting with ferry bookings and setting up WiFi. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city center and nearby attractions. The dining experience was subpar due to limited menu options and disappointing quality for a Radisson property. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
